All Points Estate Sale & Property Services was an answer to prayer. My husband and I moved to NC a few years ago to be with our daughter and first granddaughter. We moved into an apartment thinking it would be temporary and kept the house in Texas. We made the decision to sell the house and move to NC permanently. We did not want to move or store any of our things from the house. We sold the house and Pat helped us to have an estate sale for all our belongings in the house. Pat and her team took care of everything for us. What would have taken us months to go through, throw out, donate and sale she did it in 3 weeks. It was a great experience! She is professional, caring, and a hard worker. I would highly recommend her! All Points is a blessing when you need it.

I know Pat and the team personally and have seen the high level of integrity, care, and organization that goes into what they do. I've also been a sale customer, and now enjoy several lovely furniture and vintage items from All Points sales that I would not have found otherwise - heirlooms with a story, that have now become treasured in my home. Thanks Pat & team, for making it enjoyable to shop and for offering a great service to your clients. Highly recommend.

My realtor recommended Pat and her team and they were an answer to prayer. I was overwhelmed and an emotional wreck over the idea of going through so many memories but they calmly and compassionately sorted through a lifetime of my parents' belongings and priced things well and had a very successful sale. They absolutely know what they're doing! They also took care of all trash and donations so I had total peace of mind. Highly recommend.

Pat and the team at All Points did an amazing job for us. They're extremely caring and compassionate during what was a very difficult time in the life of our family. Pat sorted through 40 (70? 80?) years of Mom's stuff, and set it up beautifully to sell. She found some items that she knew I would want to keep and made sure we got them back. They promoted the sale well, ahead of time, and got great traffic. And they sold a lot of things. They went beyond the call of duty in many ways. When they sold a chandelier, they safely took it down for the new owner. And they surprised us by purchasing and installing a simple fixture in its place, so the room would stay lit.

Pat Hadaway and All Points Property Services understand the situations and feelings attached to personal, and home items collected over decades. I had the added disadvantage of being 2,000 miles away from the work site in Dallas. Pat said, “I will be your eyes when we go through the items.” That, she did- even notifying me when she ran across something she thought might have emotional attachment.
The whole process, too overwhelming and impossible for me to handle at such distance, was made achievable and affordable with All Points Property Services. JR and Pat actually felt like family-even though we have never met in person. Highly recommended for affordable and efficient service

I don't know how I can recommend Pat the All Points team more. When my Step-Father died, they treated the entire process with such dignity and respect that they made us feel like they cared about his stuff as much as he would have. They were able to clean out a 5 Bedroom house, filled to the brim with collectors items, technology, gadgets, tools, musical equipment, ham radio gear, books & Computer technology. I was very concerned about missing out on hidden treasures or throwing away something that would later turn out to be valuable. They did their research for 'real values' & set fair prices. They even reached out to local ham radio clubs & sought expert advice for pricing & equipment.
They separated the 'junk' and facilitated its removal.
Pat was unbelievable responsive through out the process & took great care to ensure transparency & respect.
After Sale, they moved the remaining items to online auction to generate more revenue.

I have gone to several of their estate sales. Always find something I really need at good prices. They are organized and very helpful. Everything for sale has clearly marked prices. So you don’t have to try to find someone to know if it’s something you consider a good buy.
